2 cups Black Eyed Beans soaked for 4 hours
2 Medium-sized fresh tomatoes,
2 Onions, finely
3 Green Chilies
3 sprig Coriander Leaves,
2 tbsp. Of Chaat Masala
½ tbsp of. Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
½ tbsp of Lemon juice
Salt, to taste
In the order to make Bean or lobia chaat take 2 cups of black-eyed beans and soak them for 4 hours.
Pressure cook the lobia along with a little salt for about 30 minutes and keep aside.
In a bowl, add boiled and cooled black-eyed beans. After draining whole water add chopped onion, tomato, and cucumber.
Season the Lobia Chaat with chopped green chilies, freshly chopped coriander leaves, chaat masala, dry mango powder, and lemon juice. Add salt to taste.
Finally, toss the Lobia Chaat well. Adjust the salt and chaat masala according to your taste. You can make it spicier by adding more chopped green chilies and serve chilled.
